His Unexpected Mate

Awakening as a newly-changed werewolf, Bailey Griffin is terrified, confused—and alone. As he wanders through the Nova Scotia woods seeking sustenance and answers, Bailey is soon near death—a death he hopes will come soon. A death he has believed he deserves since the accident that took the life of his fiancée.

Anax Silas Creighton, ruler of all werewolves in Canada, learns of a wolf wandering Nova Scotia, and with his guard and friend Quinn Boucher, goes to find what he knows to be a rogue werewolf. The instant Silas sets eyes on Bailey, he recognizes the other man. His mate, thrown into his path by fate. The mate Silas, an aromantic asexual, never wanted.

With the national gathering of Canadian werewolf leaders looming, Silas doesn’t have time to teach Bailey about the werewolf world, or willingness to let the new wolf into his life. But when the werewolf who changed and abandoned Bailey arrives at the gathering bent on ending Bailey’s life, Silas will go to any length to protect the mate he never expected to find.

This book includes references to alcohol abuse and driving under the influence, and flashbacks and references to a fatal car accident. It also includes discussion of grooming and abuse in a secondary character’s past, and present-day deaths of werewolves.
